Insights Filtering does not work and is so faulty

Please improve your filtering so I actually get the results I want.... I have a filtered view to only show insights with the words "Journey" and "workflow"... so WHY is it pulling insights called "journal" or "journa l".... like those arent even the same words.

I had something similar happen where I had a full sentence question in the search bar and changing the spelling of "behavioural" to "behavioral" dropped the highlight count from 117 to 66. Very strange given it should be using semantic search and not care about regional spelling so much

Hiya Brittany Chan, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you specify the exact filtering criteria you used?
- Have you experienced similar issues with other keywords?
- Is the issue occurring consistently or intermittently?

- The exact filtering is the same as in the screenshot so "Title contains: Journey" and "Title contains: Workflow"
- Yes, I don't remember which because it just messed up our filtering so bad and we didn't know how to fix it. I stopped tinkering with it and only using filters when absolutely necessary
eg: When I tried writing "Personas" it brought up things like "personal"
- For months if not years... I just decided to write a feedback ticket for it now because my usual workarounds aren't working. It is most definitely consistently because its been over a year that we've had this section, and it has always pulled the wrong titles. I have to modify the other titles to be broken (eg: Jour Nal or Journa l) so they don't appear. But I can no longer do that since I need these "journal" findings to be searchable outside of this filtered view.
