CSV Export of Channels

I'm finding it challenging to further analyze the themes generated by Dovetail due to the lack of an export feature. It would be incredibly beneficial if I could export the channels into a CSV format. This would allow me to slice and dice the themes using traditional methods. I can also envision a future where the Dovetail ecosystem incorporates various analytical lenses for this purpose.

Great to hear your perspective, Charles Padgham! Following up on this:
- Could you provide more details on the specific data fields you would like to see in the CSV export?
- What kind of traditional methods do you use for analyzing the themes?
- Could you elaborate on the 'analytical lenses' you mentioned and how you envision them being incorporated into Dovetail?

Pat Barlow Hey Pat!
- It would be great to see the themes Dovetail found, the number of data points in each theme, and the breakdown of data points per sentiment bucket.
- Typically with a large dataset I'd go through a process of coding the data to express the sentiment or theme then create some pivot tables to get a sense of prevalence.
- I think being able to filter through and within themes using metadata would be a good start. Something like using a likert scale score to steer the analysis. For example, both positive and negative sentiment may fit into one theme without filtering by score. But the ability to find patterns just in my negative feedback or just in my positive feedback could be useful.
I think also that the ability to export to CSV is a low priority to me. It would be nice to be able to take the analysis out and play with it in excel, but I'd also love to just be able to stay in Dovetail.
