Bring back Fields to the top of Notes and Insights

I like the sidebar generally, but feel that Fields do not belong there. Fields are important for categorizing notes and insights and we use them extensively for filtering and feeds on the home page. Now they are a bit hidden in the sidebar and its easy to miss inputting that vital information.
This is especially troublesome in a big corporation with many collaborators, where newbies are coming in all the time and might not fill out everything that is not directly part of the visible workflow.
Maybe a collapsible Fields area at the top of the note/insight could help if there are many fields?

Another annoying UI change that I hated. Field values are NOT discoverable as they are right now.

Coming from a democratized team, the fields at the top are so much more helpful. Also, turning the "+" button into a slash command is really confusing, we populate notes with some background info before the meeting, so not having a clear button for uploading videos has been a consistent point of confusion among the team.

I use fields, but prefer them on the side as well, enforcing a clear distinction between data and metadata. If fields need to be populated for data quality reasons then that should be its own functionality – to solution a little, maybe a "required" attribute for a field that makes it show up prominently or throws a warning, or perhaps only required fields are shown by default.

I prefer them on the side, so maybe have the option to do either?

Alternatively, having Fields pinned as the default view for the sidebar could be effective.
