When I'm in a note and want to tag a highlight, I click the search bar to find an existing tag. As I enter letter in the search bar (e.g., "pro" from "product"), the list of suggested tags keeps changing the size of the tag screen depending on the suggested tags.

Because of this, the cursor might start to hover over a suggested tag. That causes the suggested tag's description to appear, and instead of finishing my search, I end up editing the tag’s description by mistake.

Could we make it so the cursor never hovers over suggested tags? That editing a tag's description would require another user action? Or, that there is a slight delay to prevent the above from happening?
